  Very friendly staff! Always had a good chat at the reception. The room was mostly clean and everything functioned. However, the armchair in my room had some weird white staines and the corridor to my room smelled a bit strange. Besides that I had a lovely stay and the location is very good. Its a fair price and I would come back.

  Absolutely disgusting service 1. Rooms were not cleaned despite leaving signage outside to fresh up the room 2. No notice was given that breakfast service was not available despite paying for it. 3. Rude manager who started to blame customer for not advising the reception to clean the room, what is the point of having signage outside the room that clearly states to clean the room 4. Linen nor towels were changed in 3 nights of stay there. 5. No arrangement to offer alternatives for breakfast and for refund the customer service cannot process the refund as it was a package deal. (Same counter took my payment) i have to ring customer relations to get my money back. Avoid at all cost, disgusting service, please spend your money else where

  Great shower in the room and super comfy mattress to sleep on. Stayed one night before driving to the airport in Edinburgh approx 6 miles away. Ideal location just off the motorway.

  Average overall stay. The room was acceptable and the location was convenient, but the experience was quite basic and the service could have been better. Nothing particularly bad, but it didn’t quite meet the standard I expected for the price.

  Nos hemos alojado 4 noches en este hotel y ha estado muy bien,los empleados muy amables y eficientes. El baño dejó de funcionar y nos preguntó cuanto tardaríamos en volver, dimos un paseo y al volver ya estaba arreglado. El único inconveniente es la política de que tienes que avisar si quieres que te hagan la habitación, uno de los días aún avisando tampoco se hizo. Los baños son bastante antiguos. El hotel merece la pena tanto por la ubicación, parking gratis, los empleados.. también decir que el desayuno lo cogimos el último día y nos atendieron muy bien.
