  Thank you so much Premier Inn, you guys have a great management team, so lovely and welcoming and again your facilities, clean room good environment, the location was perfect for family day out.we'll definitely recommend Premier Inn to all my friends and family and I will be glad to return here in my next family trip. Thank you.

  Have to rate this hotel at bottom of my list to re visit parked up at 18:30 20/8/26 having been working since 04:00 had my food went to bed all was good until bang on the door was the police letting me know my van had been broken into 12:00 3 lads in balaclavas drilled side sliding door and smashed front window nothing left on show in front and only a set of ladders and a cross cut saw in rear Police advised it’s every night in the area it’s happening daily so for that reason 1*

  Good stay overall. The location is excellent, right in Walsall town centre with everything nearby. Staff were friendly and service was good. Room was comfortable but could do with some improvements. Would stay again for the location.

  We stayed at the Premium Hotel inn in Walsall as a group of 20 people from Germany, with each person booking their own room. Unfortunately, we were all very disappointed. The rooms were not clean when we arrived, and due to staff shortages they were not cleaned regularly during our stay. When we asked about it, we were told that the hotel was understaffed and that we should leave our rubbish outside the room ourselves. The bathrooms were also in a very poor condition. The showers were dirty, and in some rooms the shower curtains were hanging loose or had fallen down completely. My son even slipped while taking a shower because he was trying to move the fallen shower curtain out of the way. Overall, our entire group had a very bad experience. We cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive aspect is the location, as the town centre is only about a two-minute walk away.
