  Terrible hotel in the heatwave. Windows only open an inch, actually dangerous practice. Stay clear as they only want your money and couldn’t care of you suffocate. The Ryanair of the hotel world. No air con. Just a tiny fan which is abysmal. They regulate water temp so couldn’t have a cold water shower either! Like hell on Earth! Considering I paid £300 for two nights! And as a business customer I pay £1k a month for premier inns it was, awful. Complained to their head office customer relations team and they couldn’t care less! I’ll be taking my money to another hotel chain which respects my human right to have oxygen!

  A great place to base yourself for the Black Country and Birmingham. Next door to a Beefeater the 'Meal deal' is excellent value. Clean, comfortable rooms , very friendly staff cant do enought to help. Good parking, sign into the re person area for free parking during your stay. Near the motorway fir handy access but far enough away not to ge bothered by noise. Good shopping nearby including B'ham Ikea which is around a mile away. Recommended.

  Nearly always stay here when we are visiting family as beds are comfortable and is lovely and quiet. We have meals also but due to unforeseen circumstances restaurant next door was closed for breakfast so was a little disappointed.
