  Quiet and comfortable room even if the decor is a little tired. Excellent dinner and breakfast at the on site restaurant. Great service from Kenny on reception. Overall, great value for money

  Exceptional service from the reception team. Room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced for my late booking. Large free car park There was a fan in the bathroom which kept going when the light was turned off. Shutting the bathroom door removed that disturbance 🤫 Cold Harbour next door for food and drinks.

  We had to stay here for two weeks after a house fire and we’ve loved our stay. The rooms were clean and ok for what we needed standard premier inn decor etc. Big shout out to Kenny he is the happiest person I think I have ever met and always made sure we were ok and had everything we needed and our kids loved him. Nothing was too much for him! Thank you for making the worst time of our lives bearable :)

  Would have been 5 stars across the board but can't believe there are no plug sockets by the bed. As hubby needs a CPAP machine and was unable to plug it in as all so kets were other side of the room. Luckily reception had an extension lead but having wires across the room is not ideal.
