  Great location and really friendly staff. While the hotel is showing it's age the staff save it. Location is close to the M4 and not far from Castle combe racetrack. Staff are really friendly and the manger Tony was really professional and helpful.

  This premier inn is in a pleasant location, next door is the Restaurant which is handy for breakfast and other meals. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, everything you could need, tea and coffee supplied. Towels supplied in bathroom along with shower gel.The only downside is the slamming doors which can't really be helped.

  Already taken the issues up with the Good Sleep Guarantee, but a stay spoiled by other guests and poor soundproofing. Young boys on a trip knocking random doors and running up and down corridors late at night, staff did what they could but uncaring parents/guardians didn't intervene. Rooms could do with a refit, especially doors - so thin that other uncaring guests talking outside at full volume at 8am sound like they're in the room! Staff were great but if you're a light sleeper this isn't the hotel for you, unfortunately.
