  Arrived at 5pm. Air conditioning was not working. (Hottest day of the year) I have you children a 1 year old and a 8 year old. Leaking kettle, plug stuck in the bathroom Spoke to the manager, a fan was offered nothin else. A room change was offered later on about 6pm but would not be ready till 12am that night. Moved rooms the next day again no air conditioning and only had a fan. I spoke to their customer service manager was ment to ring me never happend broken promises. I chased this for 3 weeks and to be told £43 refund from a £300 stay! Shocking customer service and i could not take this any further due to this policy. It as if i was lying i told them to check the cctv. Hotel staff wernt bothered. I will never here again! Avoid if possible

  Very comfy beds, good service, good wifi, very clean. Located conveniently next to restaurants and shops.

  We live locally but often visit here for breakfast, they have the usual full english and muffins, croissants, pancakes, cereal, yogurt and a small range of fruit. Its a very modern hotel with ac and benefits from free parking. Trowbridge unfortunately does not have alot to offer tourists but can be used as a reasonable base for Wiltshire and Somerset. We last visited on this week in June for a birthday breakfast and the staff, Ning and Vik, went above and beyond. It was during the extreme heat wave and even with ac it was quite warm inside but the chef was really friendly and making jokes with customers. We've never had a bad breakfast here.

  had some friends staying here for the night so met them for some dinner and drinks on saturday, everything was lovely, Alex was so friendly and helpful in ensuring all of our dietary requirements were met, fantastic customer service and we’ll definitely be recommending to anyone staying in the area

  Arrived to ground floor entrance which was dreary. Lift to first floor for check in which was a small desk in foyer of restaurant. Waited our turn for e-keys and were left to find our way to the room. Standard room no frills. Discovered the rotating sink plug was jammed so back down to reception to get assistance. Aid arrived quickly enough and with the right tools so I'm guessing a common problem. Bath had a long black hair in it. Make of that as you will. > £120 for the night, breakfast was additional cost. We chose location for proximity to venue we attended due to mobility issue but I would have preferred a less costly B&B. Positive note, multi story car park across the road and that was free!
