  Brilliant staff great service and the young lady in the morning how looks after is great cant do enough for sp polite and helpful great staff member 10 out of 10 well done the young lady you will go far in the the business.

  A bit disappointed with the room felt a bit dated and there was hairs in the bathroom. Food was very nice though especially the evening meal piping hot and accomodating for gluten allergies.

  Hi I go to premier inn every Saturday or Sunday for breakfast,with my wife and daughter , good food great value always feel welcome. Kyle the chef, is the best, always making sure there’s always enough food to have, he’s always hard working and a credit to the company,and nothing is too much trouble for him to do. Also Charlie who’s sometimes front of house,who’s always pleasant,and friendly,credit to the company.

  Lovely, helpful staff. Room clean and well equipped. Dinner was extremely slow and not great. Over an hour to wait for food and no sense of urgency from the staff. Next morning power cut during breakfast so couldn't get hot drinks. Couldn't see properly in room to get ready for wedding as no lights and none available to borrow from reception. Room also got very hot as window doesn't open and 4 of us all showering with door open to enable us to see in bathroom! Convenient location. Would recommend utilising the nearby McDonalds and Tesco for dinner!

  Had dinner tonight and the chicken burger was undercooked, the night manager was very rude and she completely ignored me , very arrogant, the chef didn't have a clue about temperature checking, I don't know what made me cut the burger in half but I'm glad I did, it took me 7 hours to get down here for a specialist hospital appointment for my partner who is a war veteran and has loss of limbs, if i got food poisoning I wouldn't be able to take him to the appointment, and I have to drive. Food poisoning can be fatal!!!! LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!!!!!!!!!!
