  The hotel and the room itself were really good, but unfortunately, the restaurant was a major disappointment. The food was horrible, and I suffered from a stomach ache for the next few days after eating there. Overall, the hotel was good, but the restaurant experience seriously let it down.

  New hotel. Clean, tidy and in good condition. If I was going to be extremely picky, the buttons in the lifts are held on by sellotape. What other "maintenance" is done to the same standard? That said would certainly stay here again.

  Great location in a modern building and good rates. Very convenient location. One female staff member was very helpful when we asked for a change of room. Sadly, rooms and stairs are not cleaned to a high standard.

  Room in 'eaves', not particularly clean, carpet not vacuumed, mound around shower base, shower soap dispenser dirty. Not valeted overnight. Room small due to sloping headroom. Room not made up overnight. Plenty of parking located on outskirts of town. Disappointing, rather tired and unloved, we will not be returning.

  Great hotel, very clean. Quite limited evening menu but good quality. Very helpful staff.
