  Live locally why I gave 5* to location, I'm not impressed though. No Aircon has just made it a terrible night so far the fans provided just aren't sufficient due to weather, beds not comfiest either and some foreign hairs in bath . Stated air con on arrival hoping to jump into some , to a response of "none here it's says on the website. " It's not what you say it's how you say it is my opinion on the below: The receptionist on arrival seemed like they were only interested in me making a reservation at the beefeater? Initially stating there's no availability on arrival its fully booked? I never asked for a reservation at all or mentioned beefeater and I said back " it's fine I just won't go " (This Felt very pushy from reception and almost strange to tell me this) This lead to 30 mins or so later when I was with another person at reception the receptionist stating loudly . "oh there's space now at 6:30 at the beefeater do you want booked in (when my guest was in the reception with me just arrived)" which I said yes to only because I was with someone and didn't want her initial impression to be negative, and actually I felt annoyed further. By myself it would have been a firm NO from me . " I DON'T APPRECIATE THIS AT ALL " Very annoyed as never asked or was interested in next door and actually makes me going forward not want to come back to beefeater or premier Inn regardless of how nice food was. I felt almost like I had to do that which only severely upset me I want this raised to higher management. Honestly seemed just bad service/sales. I wouldn't book here again now because of that impression made . Felt almost dishonest and I feel completely pushed upon which was unnecessary. The food at the beefeater was actually nice I can't really fault it , even though I wasn't particularly bothered and now actually I won't go back to it now purely out of spite caused by reception . when we walked in it seemed like few spare tables unlike previous fully booked response. Overall impression is now bad unfortunately due to 1 individual at reception.

  Absolutely wonderful staff, it was a hot night and no AC, but the staff helped us enjoy our stay by giving each room an extra fan. The staff really go out their way to ensure you have a nice stay.

  This is my first time staying at this Premier Inn and I recommend it. It has a great location for so many places. The room was super clean and while there was no air-conditioning, there was a good fan. Outside tables linking the Premier Inn with the bar / resto next door made it feel like a break rather than merely a functional place to stay. Plus, in reception they had iced water and took discreet pains to ensure security. Top drawer service from Elizabeth, Harley and Tammy.

  Stayed here recently and couldn’t fault anything!! Rooms were spotless and staff were so helpful, anything you need at all they are there and more than willing to help :) Will definitely be coming back

  Basic cleaned rooms, super kind personnel. The hotel is old, the rooms need maintenance, especially the bathroom (rust on the bath tub) which is superbasic: no drawers, no bath kit (and this could be ok in order to avoid plastic waste -you do find soap dispensers) not even a glass to store your toothbrush and paste. The bed is super confy. I’ve been there for a 5 day business trip and I have to admit that after a first negative impact due to the poor maintenance of the bathroom, I’ve appreciated the kindness of the personnel, the cleaning service (the rooms are equipped with essential services- an air drier, conditioning and two fans. No fridge and no safe box but I’ve found a very clean, dust free, accomodation) and the quiete nights I spent there. The breakfast is good ( fresh eggs and bacon cocked upon request on the moment, yogurts, pankes, fruits and everything you need for a salted or sweet breakfast).
