  Impossible to sleep without earplugs because the windows are totally sealed and the air conditioning can't be turned off. It has a loud bass thumping sound that echoes through the room. If I'd known I wouldn't have booked. So much for a sleep guarantee.

  On our recent vacation and family trip to Newbury we stayed at Premier Inn. I can't stop raving about Paula and Debbie! Everything was wonderful but they went above and beyond to ensure that my entire family was well taken care of. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Lovely hotel in the town of Newbury. 5 minute drive from Newbury racecourse. Easy check in. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean. Gluten free breakfast was also catered for.

  Great Premier Inn. We had Aircon in our room which made a difference in the warm weather. Great location - near to the high street, the canal and a park - very easy to walk to each of these. Great service when we arrived and the room was clean and spacious.

  Well where do I start. Booked a room to go to a country music festival just up the road, got to the hotel and was told it’s an accessible room as this was the last remaining room. No issue with being an accessible room but the room was disgusting from top to bottom. 1. Black mould in bathroom 2. Mould on curtains 3. The shower drain hadn’t been cleaned for months if not longer. 4. Dust and cobwebs riddle inside the extraction fan. 5. Cobwebs in every corner of the room 6. Dust on every surface 7. Stained sheets 8. Bed sheet ripped. 9. Dirty lampshades 10. Hairs on the bed and chair from previous stay. Went to question the room and ask for another but was told this was the last room and was told to complain through customer relations, Well after trying to get through to customer relations for more than 5 days, pictures forwarded (Which have been attached to my review) I was then told I would get a response within 24hrs .. now after 18 days have past I’m told as I didn’t complain within 24hrs I’m not eligible for a refund!!!!
