  Got given the accessible bedroom which has two singles pushed together. The mattresses were so bad it was like sleeping in a canoe. Hurt my back, no other rooms as they were fully booked so couldn't move. Guest relations have refused to honour their Good Night Guarantee and are holding on to my £150 a night.

  Perfect for seeing and enjoying Stratford. The team were very good and made the stay enjoyable. The view over the canal and the walk along the tow path into town made it special.

  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful giving it a lovely warm atmosphere. A special mention and thank you to Owen and Rosa always on hand and very helpful. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Set at the side of the river it was very quiet and tranquil and I slept very well throughout my stay. The food was excellent I had the sea bass on citrus grains on my first night and it was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and the fish was so tender and succulent. I had the falafel starter and the smothered chicken main on my second night and again it was cooked to perfection the chicken again was so tender and succulent. I would also recommend the apple and raspberry sundae delicious. The breakfast had a very good selection and again cooked beautifully. My compliments to the chefs Cameron, Riley and Harry well done keep up the good work.

  Great location. 3 mins walk from a mcdonalds. 10 min walk to strafford high street. 10 min walk to retail park. Parking is reasonable for £7 for 24 hrs. We only stayed overnight but had stayed here previously for a long weekend. Rooms clean and spacious. We had a room overlooking the canal. Shame the windows do not open but air con is available. Quiet area although hotel was busy. There are 2 lifts to go up to the rooms and if having the breakfast need to book a timeslot beforehand. This is for the staff to manage the workload i think as there was only 3 others when we went to breakfast! There are so many shops nearby that if you forget anything its easy to go out and buy it. Would recommend this hotel for a value stay and a great location to explore Stratford. Staff are friendly and helpful and do the best they can.

  Excellent location , spotless rooms and excellent service for the minute we arrived, during breakfast and when we were checking out . Lovely you lady called Penelope was really helpful at breakfast and showed an interest in what our day was going to look like . She should be commended for her customer service 😀
