We asked for an accessible toilets and shower but the bath/shower was unusable for us. Perhaps more attention to the needs of the customer would be good.

Room looked clean enough. Carpet needs to be replaced as very old and looks dirty. Hand towel was dirty had marks on it. Had a small TV that was mounted in a corner at the top of cabinet, screen was so small, could hardly see the picture on screen when lying on bed. 2 basic pillows were provided. Extra were available on top of cabinet, but no extra pillow cases were available.
Great service, convenient location and clean comfortable rooms. Everything I've come to expect from a Premier Inn!
I chose this hotel as it was conveniently placed next to the M6. There is free parking which is great, but unfortunately that’s where the great experience ended. The hotel itself is dated and in need of a desperate refurb. The restaurant was nice and clean, but the male member of staff that served me was very rude and unhelpful. I felt unwelcome and left as soon as I finished my food. I would have stayed longer, but the atmosphere created by the member of staff left much to be desired. I feel extra training for his customer service is required.
Excellent overall experience, unfortunately the hot breakfast wasn't a buffet and the coffee machine wasn't working and the selection of alcoholic cocktails were extremely limited.
The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were were excellent though, the room was clean, as was the toilets and restaurant.
I've taken a star ⭐ off for the room because the TV had awful reception, we're guessing because it was so windy, we didn't contact reception about it as we guessed it wasn't something that could have been sorted later in the night.
