  very nice hotel. Room was as expected, very comfortable. Dining was a good experience as usual, meal deal is excellent value. Location very good for all local attractions, but not easy to find if using Google maps (it points to wrong side of road) this easn't helped by a close vehicle behind and a long journey!! Matthew, Josh and Rhina were marvellous in making our first night lovely!!

  Stayed here after a visit to Warwick castle with 3 kids. As it was Halloween there were sweets left in the room for the children and they also got an extra treat at breakfast from Jess. Everyone was friendly and it was easy to find. Great value for money, we would 100% stay again

  We came for breakfast for my son's birthday and the restaurant was really busy! The ladies were so friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze us in. Food was fab and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Thankyou for making room for us and helping my son celebrate his birthday. A special shout out to Kayleigh and Kharlejah for going out of their way to help us! X

  We booked an accessible room to accommodate a disabled member of our family, only to experience a blocked wet-room drain that caused a foul smell throughout our stay. Despite reporting the issue to reception, the problem was not adequately resolved, leaving my family, including my parents, to endure unpleasant conditions. What has made matters worse is Premier Inn’s handling of our formal complaint. Rather than addressing our experience, the response focuses on the lack of further reports in its internal records, as though this proves the issue was resolved. It does not. Guests should not have to repeatedly report the same problem, particularly when staying in accommodation specifically booked to meet accessibility needs. I made it clear that this was a formal complaint, not simply feedback, yet Premier Inn appears unwilling to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation or provide a satisfactory resolution. Sharing feedback with hotel management is not an adequate response to a complaint of this nature. This experience reflects poorly on Premier Inn’s standards of accommodation, customer care and accountability. I expected better, particularly when accessibility and the comfort of my family were involved.

  Arrived they were really friendly, gave us our key, we went to the room and the previous guests must have smoked in the room because it stuck. We then went back to reception and told them so they instantly upgraded us to a premier plus room which was lovely without questions. We decided to have food in the restaurant on the second night and the food and staff were really good. Would highly recommend for the food quality and price as we got 2 courses, a drink and the full breakfast for next day for £28.99 each.
