  Got ill after eating in the restaurant. Flys buzzing around the tables . 45 minutes just to check in . Overcharged at the restaurant when I pointed the mistake out they refused a refund. The menu was not fully available as the had no ingredients. The staff seemed disinterested and were unhelpful. Breakfast was cold and no staff to be seen . Parking was expensive and a faf to pay on the machine out side . Honestly I would never stay there again. The Premier inn hotels won't see a penny more of my money. Feel ripped off .

  Nice and clean premier Inn. Walking distance to the centre. Next to the waterways. Lots of parking but have to play £8.40 for 24 hrs

  I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Stratford-upon-Avon Waterways. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the town, and the overall experience was very good. I would happily stay here again.

  We had a fantastic experience! The staff at this Premier Inn are absolutely exceptional and we wanted to mentioned Owen, he was so so lovely and made us feel so welcome at the hotel! He went above and beyond our entire stay to make sure we had everything we needed and took the time to chat with us multiple times during our visit! He was so great and really contributed to our experience! We had come to the premier inn from a rather poor experience at a different hotel and he unknowingly turned our day around and we are so grateful! Thank you Owen!! xx

  Rooms are standard premiere inn rooms. Clean comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast was good and the sausages were especially surprising and were great. Location wise, 10 min walk to centre of town and the river tours. Hotel is on a canal and has shops very local. However my experience was marred by poor hospitality. Staff were unenthusiastic, unapproachable and generally felt like they didn’t want to be there. This is just my experience not a fact.
