  Why don't you just shut it do what you are going to do this was far below par the receptionist she was the only person who deserves a mention she is to good for this shambles of a hotel

  I’ve not been here for a while through work and as always Agnes greeted me with a hug as we haven’t seen each other for a while it’s always a pleasure to meet somebody so bubbly and kind hearted you always brighten my day when I come to premier inn rugby Thank you and keep being you.

  Staff were friendly and polite but something is amiss regarding food service, significant delays with evening meals. Signs were displayed regarding transition across to Premier Inn, but food service wasn't great. Also asked for a walk in shower room, but was given a room with a bath, that despite the support bars, I was still unable to access. As mentioned staff were friendly and polite but they need to sort out kitchen service and accessibility rooms.

  Worse hotel I've stayed in for a while. The rooms are sweat boxes with no air con. You get a loud fan but because of there being only one plug socket it's not close to the bed. Food in the bar was god awful small portions and the meat was overcooked and very poor quality. Even the peas tasted funny. The WiFi is very weak I couldn't play videos on anything. Over priced and very poor quality over all

  Agnes is an absolute credit to the Premier team! From the moment you meet her, she is incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, and she always makes you feel comfortable and valued. She has such a brilliant sense of humour and never fails to make people laugh, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her warm personality and excellent customer service really stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she interacts with. Staff members like Agnes make such a huge difference, and Premier is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Keep being your amazing, funny and welcoming self, Agnes — you are truly a credit to the team!
