  We made the reservation for 2 people and checked-in 2 people online before our arrival at 1am. There was only 1 set of towels in the room. In addition, shower head had a very low pressure since there was a leak on the connection between the hose and the shower head. We reported this next morning and no one came to fix it for the length of our stay (2 nights). Breakfast was average. On the second morning coffee machine at the restaurant was showing an error that there is a problem with water pressure. I guess this was the reason why coffee was very bad.

  Perfect place in Leamington Spa to stay. The mattresses are the best! I stay here every month for a weekend and the staff have been nothing short of great. Special shout out to Ann, Michelle and Lloyd - friendly and absolutely helpful.

  Booked for a night with one under 15 had a room on the ground floor.Hotel is in a great location for the parks shops food etc. No parking but this was not a problem as we parked within a 5 min walk & paid £12 for 24hrs. Staff really pleasant on reception & for the breakfast good choice as you would expect & fresh.
