If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid at all cost. I booked with dinner and breakfast, there is no restaurant. TV is not smart and freezes. Looks like a doss house from the outside. Please find somewhere else!

Stayed overnight on 24/10/2026 - room (No.20) was clean and tidy, though numerous issues including 1) lack of toilet paper 2) so shower gel in dispenser 3) no hot water in sink 4) Ground floor room, very noisy - woke up by sounds of cars & people 5) woke up at 9am by fire alarm and finally 6) room key card system not working in morning, staff blamed on clocks going back. Never had to complain to Premier Inn before. Did get email back apologising, but not even a little offer of compensation received, I thought they have a guarantee for a good night's sleep ! We regularly use Premier Inn and already have a night booked in for 2027. Disappointed to say the least !

Room key did not work and we went down to reception twice - receptionist couldn’t be bothered to even look at us whilst dealing and even though it was a hassle for there was no apology whatsoever

Great hotel, basic but clean and I had a large comfortable room.

Prem inns are cutting corners now, no glasses in the bathrooms, no purple bed shams and no restaurant serving evening meals. No car parking except a multi storey at £12.00 per 24 hours or if you are an early riser on street parking 6pm till 8am free. The staff only clean the rooms once in a 4 night stay. Robot vacuum cleaners do not get into corners either. The Lemington spar one is central for shopping and lots of restaurants are near by along with parks to visit. I will go back one day maybe.
