  Ideal as a stop over on a long hour, next to a cube and shops, rooms of a high standard, breakfast was to order rather than buffet which worked really well

  Not only the worst premier inn I’ve stayed at. The worst hotel. My room was grimy, mould all in the bathroom. No a/c. I ate at the restaurant and got food poisoning. The location is really good. Starbucks, Nando’s, Taco Bell, Tesco etc. but that’s as far as it goes. The tvs look like they are from the early 2000s. I have a loss of income due to this stay from food poisoning. I do not reccomend this hotel.

  Okay, lets get the negative out of the way. The rooms do need a makeover. A bit of a Timewarp augmented by the miniature TV . The staff are great, really friendly and helpful but one person deserves a special mentioned. Her name is Charlie and it was amazing to watch her single-handedly manage the front of house in the restaurant. There was a large party dining and usually this means delays to other guests even with a full compliment of staff. But to Charlie this was no challenge, guests were served, tables were created and smiles freely given. There are few people in this world who have the ability to make you feel that you are the only customer who matter and Charlie has this talent in abundance along with a serene disposition.

  Great overall stay! ​Check-in was smooth, the rooms have AC (a huge plus), and there is plenty of parking. A special thanks to Mrs. Lesley at reception for always being so welcoming and helpful! ​Shoutout to Pranav at the restaurant bar, and to Mrs. Jackie during breakfast for constantly checking in on us. The breakfast chefs can be a bit hit-or-miss, but the food is cooked to order so go early for the freshest meal! ​While the restaurant serves standard Premier Inn food, there’s a KFC, Taco Bell, and Nando's nearby if you fancy something else.
