  A lovely hotel set just outside Coventry. Only had one night here as we had a funeral to attend. Usual Premier Inn cleanliness and nice and quiet in the room. The staff were amazing and seemed to be doing many roles which made waiting times for food and drink to be very long. They were all polite and professional all the time. The only downside is the lack of staff in quite a busy hotel. Maybe Premier Inn thinks it a good idea to under staff hotels but I did feel sorry for them all so i didn't want to complain directly to them as they had enough going on. All in all, a nice located hotel, just needs more staff.

  Only 4 stars as the air conditioning only goes down to 19 degree Celsius. Location very close to football stadium, the bed is very comfy. We stayed in a premium room. You are given WiFi codes for each day of stay to access the premium secured WiFi, so no need to use the free public WiFi. Bathroom has purple lighting.. 💜 😍

  Have stayed here for Poker in July/August for last 7 years. Staff are always helpful. Shout of Lisa, Nathan and Sandra who were exemplary and a credit to the hotel. see you next year!

  Convenient. Very well located. £5 a day multi story car park nearby. Historic building with grand facade. Spacious rooms. Good showers and air conditioning works in most rooms. The helpful, considerate, thoughtful, kind and friendly service offered by Tom was very much appreciated. Others who were kind or friendly or helpful were Connor, Zac, Sandra, Taya, Dylan, Ollie, Estelle and Karlie, hoping they are recognised & rewarded for their efforts. Have had multiple stays here & recommend this hotel.

  The one lift kept breaking down and the floor of it was like standing on a wooden floor at a bar - sticky and filthy. Unsupervised children running up and down the corridor late at night (11.30pm) and very erratic manning of the front desk No information on things to do, town map, etc in reception
