  Recently had a lovely stay here. It was very clean, the rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

  Good place to stay for a few nights. I found the staff at the reception to be very friendly and inviting, particularly the guy who talked to me about planes and movies lol. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed.

  We stayed here for a long weekend whilst attending a surprise birthday party. Jack was exceptional and really catered for all our needs. He was extremely attentive and certainly deserves to be mentioned.

  I never like this hotel. It brings me bad luck lol. I only stay here if I can't afford to stay at Spon End. It's location is handy to go shopping or visit the uni or cathedrals. But I had no air con in my room. Just a tall fan that wasn't great. I asked other guests because reception said the engineer can't come out at the weekend, and other guests said their air-con was lovely. 🤦‍♂️🙄 The graduation party opposite was ridiculously loud, but luckily once inside my room I couldn't hear it. But it'd not completely sound proof because I've stayed here before and got woken up by the roadworks outside. I don't know why they give a singe man a family room. What a waste and without it's aircon for 3 nights was awful. To be honest the air-conditioning was fine when I come down last December! I had to ask reception to turn the heating on! But that was at the other premier inn.

  What you expect from a Premier Inn, staff were lovely and friendly, and Inn situated with a 10 minute walk of the Cathedral and large pedestrian shopping center. If you like city breaks this is a good place to stay
