  Stayed here recently and I have to say the lady on reception, Tegan, was so welcoming. She was very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, even when I was being silly and couldn't get into the lift (because I didn't tap my card 🤦‍♀️). We need more Tegans in the world!

  Brilliant room for the price and being in london. Staff were very helpfull, especially jean, who made it very easy to relax and chill out after work while having your meals. Would stay again 👌

  Jean the bar maid was so lovely very friendly and kind, she waited our tables and made our stay so lovely. And pakma checked us in and was extremely helpful with all requests. Thank you guys for a lovely stay :) x
