Staff is rude. They don’t help, will give you dirty towels. Not a great atmosphere and no one seems to know what they’re doing regarding staff. Rooms aren’t best and very tight. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is a typical premier inn hotel so it has great beds, clean rooms and lovely staff. It's ideally located next to a dlr station, the Thames and the city airport.
Parking isn't ideal but a multi story car park is 3 minutes away.
We paid the extra for a top floor room with a view so we could see the airport activity and the o2 dome and I would say it's worth the extra. I was disappointed at how small the window was but that's the only negative really.
Such a great hotel in a great location-view from my room was amazing. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Thames Path where you can walk along the river and go to Canary Wharf is less than 10 minutes walk. DLR station is right next to the hotel and they have great restaurants within few minutes walk- I went to Noodle Street opposite for dinner and had a lovely dinner there.
I removed a star from the room as my duvet cover had a stain on it, but the lovely gentleman in the evening at reception came and changed the cover for me. Felt for him as he was all alone at reception, tended to the queue of people waiting behind me, then had to go to the top floor of hotel to get new sheets before coming to my room to change the cover (all within 10mins)- then run back down to staff the reception desk.
Minus the stain issue, I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommend it to others

Had a great weekend in the Premier inn West Ferry. The reception and catering staff were 1st class right next to the DLR for easy access into the city also had a brilliant view from our room on the 18th floor. With any Premier inn comfortable night sleep and the restaurant was brilliant where we had breakfast always nice choice and food warm staff 👍👍. Probably be back again later on this year looking forward to already.

Room had zero mobile signal and unusable WiFi, which made work calls impossible. We also arrived to no towels in the room. Staff eventually moved us after significant back and forth, but only to a room without air conditioning. Disappointing handling overall and not the experience expected
