  Good value clean rooms, only thing was fire alarm went off at 0600hrs one morning got up got dressed ready to leave then alarm went off , went back to bed 0645hrs went off again then off again , and did the same again at 0930hrs, no explanation, communication from management, asked at reception later that day the staff at reception. Laughed and said oh yes I heard about that, don't know why it went off !! So still no the wiser and no explanation from staff ,even on booking out of hotel , think twice before booking again 🤔

  Perfect location for a quick visit to the island. The bus station is close to get anywhere you want. Rooms were good as normal for Premier Inn. We bought some wine for our room and the staff gave us some glasses and left a corkscrew in the room for us. Breakfast is a self service buffet so fill up for the day.

  stayed here for a week in april and it was a lovely stay. our room was clean and had no issues. the staff were very accommodating and helpful. you can also leave your luggage at the hotel before you check in, and once you’ve checked out to shop around so you don’t have to bring it with you, and the staff keep it safe. the breakfast was brilliant - it’s a “help your self” service with tons of food on offer and it was tasty. same with the dinner, the menu has a lot to offer with a broad range of choices and it was great. it’s also in a convenient location, with the bus terminus being about a 5 minute walk away, and about 10-15 minutes to the harbor (if you’re traveling by ferry). it’s also in the middle of st helier with shops everywhere, as well as a co op underneath which is convenient for snacks. would really recommend this hotel. just as a bonus - if you have brought your car with you there is no on site parking, the nearest site is sand street car park which you do have to pay for, but it’s only about a minute away.

  A group of 4 of us stayed for 4 nights. Staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast & evening meals were very good, as was the service and atmosphere. Rooms were clean. Really good location for shopping, walking & near Liberation square bus depot.
