  Megan at reception was great, really welcoming! Same goes for room service/cleaning staff. All the team in Beefeater for breakfast were great too! Service was very efficient, food sent fast etc.

  Rooms have not changed in years and could do with updating them a little. Bed is comfy. Could do with more than one pillow per person and the bathroom a decent size. It a perk having a some where to eat right next door to the hotel. Staff are friendly.

  Good location for the Performers College and as we found out the local Hospital friendly and helpful with good food served in the restaurant.

  Stay here quite alot for work purposes. Going to try somewhere else i think. Service is really slow in general. Staff are spot on but the service is slow. Needs more staff in my opinion they are always busy and fushe off their feet. Waiting an average 20 mins for a pint during your meal isn't good enough in my opinion.
