  Staying here for work purposes, extremely convenient location. I arrived just before the restaurant was due to close but Anam was on duty and was a tremendous host and made sure I got fed and watered. One of the better Premier Inn

  In the center, perfect location, new hotel, really Great service and staff !!! Not usuel for Premier inn so greatly appreciated. We could leave out bikes in luggage room for the night and service with a smile, a Great expérience !! Thank you, breakfast was really good also !

  Stayed here for Bank Holiday weekend. Great location in town centre and Woking was a revelation...good shopping, choice of restaurants and surrounded by green space. Parking in Victoria Square car park was £9.50 overnight. We were out all day Saturday at Thorpe Park which was a 16 minute drive away. Also only a 15 min drive is Brooklands and Mercedes Benz World! Excellent service from Anam and Klaudia. They are an asset to Premier Inn. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall to the hotel is because a previous occupant of our room had clearly spilt tea ir coffee down the wall next to the bed, and it hadn't been cleaned. Would definitely stay here again!

  Wow!! The staff make this place, especially Maisie, she could not do enough for us after a checking in to a room that wasn't ready. A birthday night away.The staff quicky got onto the issue & sorted us a new room no drama. But we were given coffee, biscuits, croissants, free parking by the lovely Maisie, she was so lovely & could not do enough for us 😊and to add to that we returned to our room at the end of our night & were greeted by a birthday card from the staff, balloons on our bed, confetti & 2 bottles of beer for the birthday boy!! 🎈How lovely this was & we really appreciate it. Thankyou Premier inn woking & thankyou Maisie 💕 what a special member of staff x
