  Staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to and beyond when we checked out. My wife left 2 quite valuable rings on the bed and called them from France once we realised, thankfully the cleaners had found them and they were kept for our return at reception. A big thanks for that alone but apart from that the service was already good. The only slight downside is the lack of air conditioning and the noise from surrounding properties.

  We stayed here the night before flying from Gatwick. Ideally located approximately 10 minutes drive from Gatwick south terminal and with plenty of onsite parking. On arrival our room only had 1 bath towel which meant an extra trip to reception to resolve. This Premier Inn does not have a lift which was a pain as we were on the first floor which meant dragging our suitcases up the stairs and is something to consider if you have mobility issues. The thermostat in the bedroom was not working. The bathroom was very tired with filthy mouldy mastic and dirty soap dispensers however the shower was excellent with good water pressure. Staff were polite and helpful.

  Last night I rang up whilst on my way the young lady held my room for me was only ten mins but was still really nice of her so I could pay cash or me and the kids would have had to drive over a hour late.today was a shame I rang up to do the same the lady seemed to want to scold the lady who helped me and seemed argumentative

  Excellent welcome from staff. Caroline was very understanding of my need for a ground floor room, and went out of her way to accommodate me. All staff I encountered during my 3 night stay were welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable. Only downside for me was the heating system in the room which took a long time to heat the room. The free parking at this Premier Inn was a big draw for me as others locally charge £25 per night! The hotel is only a 15 minute drive from Gatwick airport and I would throughly recommend it for anyone wanting to avoid a parking fee who needs access to the airport.
