  We had a great experience. 2 adults sharing, who were meeting the larger family at Chessington. Staff were super helpful and accommodating, 5min walk to Chessington World of Adventure making it a much more affordable stay. We were very grateful for a room with air-conditioning! (Hottest days in May!) Room was very clean. no complaints about that! Shower was clean and good size. Room access felt secure with key needed for the hallway entry - just a little extra security measure we appreciated) Entrance is open and friendly and clean with seats to wait. Plenty of parking outside. Breakfast was served in the facility next door, which was very good, had ample of options, including fresh fruit selection. Food was replenished often so there was not a lot of waiting for anything. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here for ease of access to the park near by, And a big tv to chill in bed to decompress after a day running round with the kids. Charging points next to bed too made it easier to charge fan and phones and other devices,

  Booked parking through just park. Haven't used hotel itself. Just went in after booking to register car in reception on their tablet. Far best option to visit Chessington as parking is empty and closest to entrance also twice cheaper than official Chessington parking, located next to premium/VIP parking that is ridiculous expensive.

  A good stay at Premier Inn. The hotel is looking a bit tired but still very much within what you expect from a Premier Inn so we were comfortable enough. The only real criticism is that the second child ‘bed’ was very hard and didn’t actually have a mattress. That said, we cannot fault the location of this hotel for access to the Chessington theme park. The breakfast in the building next door was good (with a good selection) and, importantly for us, they were VERY attentive regarding allergies. The service by Eddie and the lady (who’s name I didn’t get) was friendly and excellent. We felt very looked after and the kids enjoyed their Chessington experience. Thank you

  Chloe at the restaurant was fantastic, so helpful and working so hard , completely solo in the restaurant which is crazy for Easter half term! She did a great job!
