  Dear Premier Inn Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received during my stay at your Newcastle hotel. A special thank you to Asha, who served us so warmly and professionally. Her friendly smile and positive attitude made breakfast a pleasure every morning. I would also like to recognize Brooke, the chef, whose delicious food was a fantastic way to start the day. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, and it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. It is a pleasure to begin the day with smiling staff and delicious food. Asha and Brooke are a real credit to your team, and their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to both of them.   Excellent location for working around south shields, Rooms were comfy, bed was wicked and breakfast was excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Actually one of the best premier inns Ive stayed in

  Hotel looking a bit dated , especially with closed abandoned Brewers Fayre next door (apparently land not owned by Whitbred ,) Staff , warm , friendly and attentive . Can't do enough to help you! Hotel on main road into town , but easy to access roads out to visit area . Breakfasts only , small room but we'll catered for, breakfast staff helpful and friendly , a pleasure to eat in there .
