  I don't consider a 6ft fan as air-conditioned room as for the wall controls un usable it's going to be my worse experience of premier inn will not book again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This is a long overdue review. My wife and I stayed at the Wolverhampton North location (from Calgary AB, Canada) at the end of May for a month, due to a family situation and cannot say how much we appreciated the hotel and especially the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional and made a difficult time so much better. I do not have all the names of the staff but would like to give a very big shout out to all, especially Aimee and Net on reception, Lajla, Vicky, Angela in the restaurant, and also the restaurant manager who's name I unfortunately forget. Its such a shame that the Beefeater restaurant will be closing, because that was a great help to us due to the length of time of our stay and unfortunately a lot of great people will be losing their positions. Thanks again to all. And all the best for the future.

  Good room and location. The only downside is the amount of litter that is strewn about upon the approach to the hotel. There is lot of litter in the undergrowth and bushes around the perimeter to the entrance of the car park. I appreciate this may be council land but it would look do much more inviting if this was perhaps removed and checked on a daily basis by a member of staff.

  This hotel highly recommended all staff brilliant. Make you welcome soon as walk in. Food excellent. Bus stops outside from city centre. Good to sit outside too. Good location for the road motorway network. Thank you to all the staff for all the time I spent with you

  Typical Premiere Inn. Good service, good location, comfy bed, parking and an attached Beefeater. No complaints.
