  We regularly stay in premier inns but this was not up to the usual standard. I deliberately chose this premier inn because it has air conditioning. However it was broken... And it was July... So room was very warm. The TV was TINY and fitted on the shelves. I have not seen such a small TV for a long time. There were no plug sockets anywhere near the beds. No USBs at all. No "nice" premier in mood purple lighting. The room was so small we might as well have booked a quad bed as all 4 beds were touching as no other option. The bathroom was filthy. Ground in dirt and disgusting. (Not something you could bring a cleaner in to solve) The restaurant next door looks dead. Our breakfast was fine (no complaints there) but the hot food is cooked to order, not buffet style. The staff are Amazing. Friendly and polite and trying their best to work in 2 buildings that are clearly long over due a major refurbishment. This was good location for Drayton Manor, easily accessible from the motorway and has free parking. But this is far from the usual standard I would expect from a premier inn.

  Fantastic hotel all round. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spotless, the air conditioning is to die for, the rainfall show is fantastic, lovely comfy firm mattresses and the staff and food in the restaurant are excellent. Truly great all round. You couldnt ask for better and fantastic value for money.

  Breakfast was great. I recommend the full breakfast and the scrambled eggs are class. Charlotte the waitress is kind and friendly and makes you feel welcome upon arrival.

  I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and ate in the pub every single day during my stay. Every morning I had breakfast there, and every evening I took advantage of the meal deal, which gave me the opportunity to try a variety of dishes across the week. Because I ate there so frequently, I feel I can give a fair and honest review rather than judging based on a single visit. The breakfasts were consistently excellent. The full English was always freshly cooked, generous, and served hot. The quality of the sausages, bacon, eggs and hash browns was noticeably better than what you often find in many hotel restaurants. Lol, they never have mushrooms, hahaha... In the evenings, I tried a range of meals including burgers, chicken skewers, salads and desserts. The food was consistently good throughout the entire week. Portions were generous, presentation was great, and everything arrived promptly. The burgers were particularly enjoyable, and the chicken skewers were tender, flavourful and well cooked. The desserts were equally impressive, especially the chocolate sundae, which was absolutely worth the calories despite my ongoing negotiations with my waistline. The atmosphere was always welcoming and relaxed, making it a pleasant place to return to every evening after a long day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the customer service. All members of staff were friendly, professional and helpful, but one person deserves special recognition. I believe her name was Charlotte (apologies if I haven't remembered the spelling correctly). She was always welcoming, attentive, hardworking and professional. Throughout the week she seemed to be everywhere at once, helping customers, serving tables, clearing dishes and making sure everyone was looked after. You could clearly see how much effort and dedication she puts into her work. She consistently went above and beyond, and her positive attitude never seemed to change despite what looked like some very long shifts. Staff members like her make a genuine difference to a guest's experience and deserve recognition for the excellent job they do. After six days of eating there twice a day, I can honestly say the quality remained consistent from start to finish. Great food, excellent value, a welcoming atmosphere and customer service that exceeded expectations. I would happily return and would highly recommend both the hotel and the pub to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.

  Rooms are acceptable due to shower running hot and cold, The Service in the restrautant staff Chef Simon, Cara and morning staff have been amazing, food is amazing but limited menu.
