  Amazing stay at premier inn South service was brilliant all staff was lovely and attentive especially the lady at the counter. Location was perfect for going out round Tamworth.

  Fantastic stay, room was lovely and clean and I had a very comfortable nights sleep. Staff were very kind and welcoming, breakfast was also very good.

  Well I have just arrived for a 3 night booking and I was given room 1, which I was dreading, considering the very bad reviews this room had in the recent past. No air conditioning, dirty carpet obviously not vacuumed, pieces of hair in the bath tub, and the spare bed full of what I think are food debris.... someone must have have been eating there for sure!! Avoid this room at all costs!! Sub standard quality and not in line with the expected Premier Inn quality!!

  Room as expected. The downside has been breakfast. Not a buffet style, but still unlimited. You just have to order it. On day one I wanted to order some more. Well the shocked face was enough. Over two days, the order has been wrong three times (between the two of us).

  Tamworth was really quiet and charming, the staff at the hotel were really warm and welcoming, the rooms were lovely and beds so comfy! We paid for the dinner and 'all you can eat breakfast' unfortunately the food, specifically the breakfast wasnt great, and certainly not all you can eat, we did get there at 10am but we had booked it the day before for that time, breakfast quality wasnt great, the dinner menu was also really restricted on options, in hindsight i wouldnt have paid for the food included upon booking, it did turn out their renovating and thats why options were limited and breakfast wasnt unlimited but as paying customers it was abit of a sting that wasnt made known
