  Staff Noah was great, Excellent breakfast, great chef. Rooms clean, silent stay, tidy. Brilliant location. Front of house great customer service A++++

  Reception on arrival were great Room was nice - no complaints However…. I made a table reservation via email as suggested by an email received by premier inn. We had already booked and paid for meal deals. Booked table for 6.30,arrived at 6.30 to be told no tables until 7.30 ( slightly annoying as we have a toddler so that’s very late to eat) anyway, went to the restaurant at 7.30- ordered drinks and when she brought them to table we were told kitchen had flooded and they were not serving food. Went on the hunt for food. Luckily there is a shopping complex nearby with everything you need- saved by maccies! The next morning went down to breakfast. Walked past reception , then walked past another member of staff on way to restaurant and it was locked. So went back to reception to be told no breakfast. Very poor communication. And as a big brand of hotel bit disappointing that they didn’t rally around to make sure at least kids had something to eat ( continental - cereal- toast or even some fruit) so off again we went on the search for breakfast! While I can appreciate that the kitchen flooding is out of people’s control the poor communication or effort was what let it down.
