  We stayed here whilst visiting my brother and alton towers. Good location,nice and clean rooms. Close to all the things you need.Would definitely recommend.

  Great hotel and staff we great to, the only down side was the pub next door that you had your meals. Place needed a good clean but again tje staff there were great as well

  Following an accident with our home we have stayed here for a month as a family of four whilst waiting on a temporary house whilst ours was being repaired. The staff have all been amazing and we’ve had some laughs and they all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome it’s like we are now part of an extended family. Nothing was to much trouble. Both my children had there birthdays here and whilst it was not our home the staff also made sure that they had a good birthday and gave them a card wished them happy birthday and even gave them a treat of a bag of sweets and some biscuits. Honestly they are a great team and help each other out and deliver a great service to guests.
