Booked an early booking, when we got there the room was ready and staff very welcoming, when we got to our room we found a hair on the sink and dust all over the table under the tv. There is normally two chairs and a table so you can sit and enjoy a coffee, but there was only one chair and no table and there were two of us booked in the room, it is pretty pricey but that is just because it is in the town centre, also needs a refurb as some furniture and decor very worn.

Ideal location with good parking. The room was clean. However, the next morning there was no hot water to shower which is far from ideal, apparently they had to reset the hot water, this did spoil the occasion and I would not expect this to happen. A partial rebate was given but far from satisfactory.

As you would expect from a Premier Inn, standard room, clean and comfortable. The location on the edge of the city centre is great, access to all within easy walking distance

One of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in. Great location, nice rooms, good breakfast, but also very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.
