  I've stayed in this hotel for the last few months now staffer absolutely brilliant Jane in the restaurants next door is excellence all in all the stuff on both sides of the building or very helpful this hotel well rates at 5 star hotel

  Lovely Hotel Team and Management were pleasant and friendly! Reception area was clean and tidy, and there were water bottles available if needed for a small donation, perfect to grab when on the go. Lots of visible fundraising for GOSH! This is a hotel team that go the extra mile and really care about their guests!

  Beverly went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She reached above and beyond and gave me a full packet of party rings of her own back.Thankyou so much Beverly even though it was very busy upon arrival you got everyone moving nice and quickly . Thankyou .

  Just to be clear the staff are really friendly and helpful, however the hotel is in need of refurbishment. I stay in Premier inns all over the country and the difference between them is huge however the prices do not correspond with the condition they are in. We paid £600 for a twin room for 4 nights and I would say the room was worth half of that. Run down and worn out
