  Room was damp smelling and toilet very old. The bath tub was yellow stained and there was hair in the drain, disgusting. You can’t sleep at night from all the footsteps sounds from upstairs and squeaky floor, i had sleepless nights. The reception staff were very friendly and provided me with an exceptional service. This hotel needs renovation.

  You know what you are getting with Premier. But the difference with this one is the paying for parking. This is done via a machine in the lobby where you put your registration in and pay £7.50 for 24 hours. We arrived on 5 motorbikes and although we managed to only use 2 spaces, each bike was charged due to the CCTV camera monitoring registrations. You must book for a take for evening food when it's busy. Food was great. Star knocked off for service. Staff were lovely and I've was training and was very good but one staff member behind the bar doing other jobs aswell meant bar service was incredibly delayed. Highlight was watching a fox mooching around the front of the building whilst we sat eating our meal!

  Stayed for only one night, as we had an event on. Easy to check in, clean, restaurant staff friendly and helpfull. Nina on the hotel desk was so friendly and chatty, nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely stay. Recommend

  I was here for a friend's wedding locally. Credit to Louisa - the lovely and friendly receptionist who made my stay so welcoming and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate come back again.
