We stayed overnight before The Kelpies Half Marathon. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet .The ladies at reception were most helpful and very friendly. Thanks from Jog Scotland Stonehaven.

Menu was poor, service was good, quality of food was average but most things out of stock? No control of heating or cooling in room worked and noisy banging of doors all night

No air con. So stuffy and hot in our room. A fan had been left but it wasn't enough. We'd booked for 2 night, so I bought a clip on fan for the 2nd night, to direct at me in bed. It was either that or check out after 1 night. Head office MUST address this. Other Premier Inns have air con....why not here?
