  Will and the rest of the Team have done all they could to accommodate myself and my Daughter for her National Athletics meet in Stock on Trent tomorrow.A very Fully booked Hotel and they sorted an extra space for us for to our room booking error. Thank you Premier Crew 🙏 Scott & Ella

  Can not praise the staff here enough. They made such a huge fuss of my son on his birthday, he was treated like a king. He was so so happy and they went above and beyond, providing a 6 star experience. The staff in the restaurant on the 7th March were heros. Cant thank you enough for making his birthday so incredible. Also stunning food, fantastic service and the best sleep ive had in a long time.
