  Emma was absolutely fantastic. After travelling all over the country this week for work, this hotel was just a one night stop, but Emma made it stand out from the rest. After hours of driving, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly helpful, genuinely lovely, and made check in easy and enjoyable. Her attitude completely lifted my mood after a long day of travelling. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Emma, for making the journey feel worth it

  Our family really enjoyed our stay here. There wasn't much in the area, but the food was good at the attached restaurant. Bridget was lovely and it was nice to meet another New Zealander on our travels. We had a problem with our heater and Emma was very helpful and resolved this by bringing us another heater.

  Tommy Smith is outstanding, I’ve been visiting the hotel once a week for a year and half and the service and helpfulness is excellent. This guy deserves a large pay rise as he gos over and above? Every Premier needs a Tommy!
