We stayed at the Woking West Premier Inn a few days ago, for our nephew passing out parade at Pirbright. Whilst the room was clean and comfortable, we booked a evening meal at the on site restaurant. On arrival the 2 staff were ok, we ordered drinks and our meal. This is were it went down hill , the 2 staff were the only staff working that evening we presume the was a cook somwehere in the place. We waited at least 45mins for the food to arrive the food was very poor qualitiy cold and under cooked, there was no one available to complain too and we were not the only ones with problems with their food. We then stayed for a drink only to FIND A RAT RUNNING AROUND FROM THE KITCHEN INTO THE BAR beacuse it was scurring around so fast we did not get chance to take a photo. At this point we decided to give breakfast a miss!!!!!! DISGUSTING AND A HEALTH HAZARD!!!

The hotel rooms are "ok" however the tv is mounted way too high up on the wall and is so far from the bed at an off angle in the corner of the room so its not usable at all. You cant use it to play a console on nor use it to watch tv. There is a school right next door and you can hear children screaming all day long. Getting to the facility from Egham is terrible if you go through woking as the traffic system was designed by a drunk. The pub restaurant is nice and cozy minus the loud football fans and chavs ruining a peaceful meal. Dinner and drinks are good but breakfast is done upstairs and is horrible as there is no buffet and the food is often cold, the bacon is pink and disgusting and your order is frequently wrong. I asked for two sausages and scrambled eggs and i received very undercooked bacon and soupy scrambled eggs. I stayed for three nights and will never visit this place or the terrible town of woking again.
