  An amazing stay.. family of 4 Rooms were great, very spacious and clean Dinner was just the best had the mix grill, cooked to perfection, presentation was fantastic, this wasn’t just thrown together! The staff was so pleasant, Rani was so friendly and Krish took the time to come and check How I food was! We will see about breakfast, but I have high hopes!!!

  I booked a Premier Plus room. Ultimate wifi included which was fast and reliable. Room was modern and spacious. There is a small fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. USB C ports available as well. Breakfast was good as always. You order the hot food and there is a buffet for the continental. Parking available and free. The bar and restaurant opens at 5.30pm which is a downside in my opinion. Shops and pubs about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

  The rooms are decent and what you’d expect from a premier inn. Hotel is kept nice and clean and teas, coffee etc stocked. The staff are genuinely excellent, the lady at reception was really helpful and patient (didn’t get her name, sorry!). Rani, Krish and Rochelle in The Barn were fantastic in the evenings. Especially Rochelle who was often serving at the bar, serving food, and tidying up on her own with a busy bar full of people and still delivered amazing customer service. Lisa and the breakfast team are certified legends, always cheerful and genuinely made the mornings so nice. Big respect for the team. The food was good, decent priced and no excessive wait times. Stayed for 4 nights and the team really are the biggest asset.

  I stayed here recently on a work trip. My job requires me to stay in a lot of Premier Inns. The staff were very friendly and I had the pleasure of staying in a newly refurbished room. A special mention must go to the restaurant staff. I had Krish and Rochelle take care of me on the evening then Krish and Rosie the following morning. Lovely people and couldn't be more helpful. The food was excellent, breakfast especially. I had poached eggs, mushrooms and hash browns, all cooked perfectly. Thanks again.

  Convenient for Thorpe Park with spacious clean rooms (very hot!) and good food. Sadly it seems understaffed with reception staff often being called onto other jobs and the poor bar staff (x1) having to serve drinks, take food orders, bring food to tables and clear tables as well.... Similar story at breakfast with one lady having to meet & greet, take all food orders, clear tables and take payments.... Lastly, in the bar a problem with the beer pumps was not fixed for both nights of our stay and the gents sinks were filthy and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in weeks due to accumulated dirt & dust.... A great building, location and staff appear to be being undermined by staff shortages....
