  The staff were brilliant. We arrived early, so the staff on duty let us wait in the restaurant area with the kids, offered coffee and pastries. Much appreciated! Next morning at breakfast the duty staff noticed one of our groups kids birthday, and all the staff brought out cake and sung happy birthday! Really kind and thoughtful way to make guests feel welcome!

  I found the Inn to be dramatically better than what I expected. When we arrived we went to the reception on second floor. The lady there was very friendly and accommodating, even though we were a bit early she helped us get the rooms without any issue, a very easy check-in. When we went to the rooms, they were very clean and tidy, up-to-date with a great bed all the amenities you would expect from a great hotel We had breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor each day, which was pretty good, and then one meal on a return visit, we travelled in England in Europe for a week and then came back to this hotel again check-in was good, evening meal was as good as anything else you would expected. My only small complaint would be it would’ve been nice to have a bench or seating outside the hotel as we waited for the taxi, I’m sure others would appreciate this too. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel. Very nice. Good food, clean you won’t regret staying here. Thanks again to the staff for making our visit very pleasant.

  i had a wonderful experience at the hotel restaurant. The chef was extremely polite, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding- fresh, delicious, and beautiful presented. it was clear that great care and attention went into every dish. The warm hospitality and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. i would highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Krish and the entire team for a fantastic experience.

  Excellent location from the train station. Literally a 5 minute walk. Near a shopping center so if you forget anything or want to do a bit of retail therapy you can. The rooms was older, but as usual comfy and clean. Never have an issue. Gilson was brilliant. On his own in the restaurant and checking guests in. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommend this premier inn.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. So convenient , right by the centre and the train station that has a straight train to London Waterloo. Rooms were very clean and check in was smooth. A big shoutout to the duty manager Anna, she was so lovely and welcoming. Also Krishna who worked at the breakfast buffet, so friendly and helpful. So many things to choose from for breakfast it was perfect. Can’t believe there are some reviews that are showing this place out to be bad I wouldn’t listen to them!!!! I would recommend this place 100%!!!
