  Had a great stay at the Epsom South Premier Inn. Check-in was easy and I enjoyed a great 2-course dinner and breakfast as part of the all-inclusive package. The standout members of the team were Maisie, Harvey, & Laura, who were friendly and attentive throughout The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly I had a good night's sleep. Tea and coffee were also available in the room, with a big Asda a short walk away for extra supplies.

  Staff are very pleasant and room clean. Always bring iron to room. Food cooked by Klaudi was very nice and reasonably priced. I come here often and will continue to do so

  Budget hotel clean rooms cant fault. Broken light switch not the best. Breakfast terrible very dated interior in need of a good clean. Sticky floors dirty tables in need of a good overhaul.

  Worst premier inn by a country mile. Yes the rooms have been revamped and it looks nice but the service and food were appalling. Told we hadn’t paid for room when we had and then told it was all sorted only to be charged 4 times! Food was cold and the sticky toffee wasn’t even heated up! Asked would I like warm custard when ordering. Not sure the staff could run a car boot sale let alone a hotel.

  My stay was very nice the staff here was really friendly and went above and beyond even when it’s busy the food was very nice for dinner and breakfast compliments to the chief. The rooms are very nice and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in there was no air-con but we already knew that from the description but there was these really good fans and staff offered jugs of ice water. there is also a hydration station by the entrance where you can help yourself for ice cold water. overall it was a really good stay i definitely would come back it does the job food, drinks and a comfortable bed. big thanks to the staff thank you to Harvey and Max for everything they did
