Siempre vengo aqui. Breakfast is fantastic. And people working here are amazing. Feel like home. Felicia during breakfast is lovely. She also brought a candle to my table because of my birthday. Really feeling relax here while working.

Short walk from train station, bus depot just round the corner. Extensive nearby shopping. Hotel is clean, staff are lovely, bar staff just might be the nicest but slowest in the country. Breakfast was great.

Its on the high street so traffic is heavy however you have a lot of shops nearby should you need something. Parking is paid for with not many spaces at all and most get taken up by shoppers or big vans and suvs that cant park in the lines at all, when it rains half the car park floods due to no drainage. The hotel is relatively nice if you disregard the stained carpets and upholstery in the rooms and smokers standing right outside the front door and making the entrance and lifts reek. Its very understaffed and dinner and drink service feels slow but the staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a nice hot buffet at 6:30 with the best scrambled eggs bacon and sausages, the 8oz steak is very hit or miss. Ive had awful cuts that were 40% gristle and were not cooked medium rare.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made everything feel easy from check-in to checkout. The dining team were especially lovely—friendly, attentive, and happy to help—and the meals were great.
