  Nice place, very nice staff but unfortunately their room didn’t have an AC and the ventilation was nonexisting. During the heatwave for my visit, the room became unbearably hot, approaching 30 degrees C, which under any situation is too much. I understand their situation but for me as a paying customer, it made the night very uncomfortable. Also, i got informed that their restaurant was closed for dinner just days before the trip. I might revisit at winter or so but I highly recommend avoiding during hot periods.

  The sat nav found the hotel but we had to go in to confirm it was a Premier Inn as signage was missing. The welcome was warm and understanding as we arrived very late. The room was adequate for one night. A very hot early morning rest/sleep was eased by a fan as there was no air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. We had a continental breakfast and was welcomed by a friendly waiter.

  We booked our stay even though we had no warning of no air con and no power as they had a power cut. Then as they had no power they couldn't offer a refund so a joke of a company that they take your money and don't care that you can't use their facilities.

  Think it's time the UK started thinking about air conditioning, our family room was reaching almost 30 degrees..not the perfect nights sleep Lenny advertises.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to and beyond when we checked out. My wife left 2 quite valuable rings on the bed and called them from France once we realised, thankfully the cleaners had found them and they were kept for our return at reception. A big thanks for that alone but apart from that the service was already good. The only slight downside is the lack of air conditioning and the noise from surrounding properties.
