Had a great time staying here, staff were really friendly and helpful, Julianne on the front desk was especially helpful. Room was a great size and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again, definitely recommend!

Julianne was absolutely lovely, let us go back into our room to do one more peace of mind check, kept our bags safe while we got food and even let us eat in the foyer because of the cold outside! Lovely staff, love room would be happy to come back! Thank you

Stayed overnight and gave my car registration to the receptionist as the iPad was out of service. Receptionist assured me this would be logged into the system. I was subsequently charged for parking by Horizon, the third party parking company. My appeal was rejected by Horizon and Premier Inn refused to help, meaning I had to pay the unwarranted fine. Such a poor service

The room was very musty and humid, it smelled like mold and felt super claustrophobic. The windows did not open and there was barely any light in the room. The carpeted flooring was dirty and smelled as well. The wifi and signal were non existent and the food was overpriced and bad quality. I've stayed at many premier inns before and this does not hold the same standard. If you are visiting Farnham, I would choose to stay at another hotel.

Would give 0 if i could Had a breakfast there wich i can say was one of the worse ever The bacon was undercooked Sausage was raw The hashbrown came as a kid size And took over 30/40 to get the food on the plate Service was very slow And noone let us know that we had to type in the registration of the car on the tablet If anyone else goes thru this please leave a review as they would need to improve a lot of the stuff The toast and apple juice was the best thing there
