We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Gebreal, who was particularly helpful and attentive when assisting us at breakfast. His kindness really made a difference and was much appreciated. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay again!

Great stay. Gebreal was really helpful at breakfast and the Manager really friendly. Lovely clean room , we stayed for 5 night. Great location in Epsom close to train centre and town and close for the course my son attended. Highly recommended!

Another lovely premier inn hotel. Great central location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cinema etc. At breakfast, Gabreal went above and beyond to get my family some fresh, warm croissants and helped to keep the breakfast room organised and topped up, even though it was really busy. Would definitely stay here again with the family when visiting the local theme parks or popping into London for day trips.

I'm writing this on behalf of my Mum in law and her Son. Mum is 90yrs old and cares for her son who suffers with Autism. We were down in Epson for the weekend visiting family and I would like to thank' or rather she would like to thank the staff at the Premier Inn for such a wonderful and attentive stay. She told us that she'd been looked after from the time she walked in till the time she walked out. Apparently you looked after her as if she was your own Mother. Lily, Gebreal and Hany thank you so much. ❤️
