  We stayed here for a wedding in the area and this is a really lovely premier inn. Staff are extremely helpful and the building is gorgeous and we had a spacious room even for standard size. Bed was extremely comfortable.

  Great location for Epsom and Chessington World of adventures is just 10 mins drive away. We arrived late due to traffic, parked in the free Car park and was greeted with a sign stating the restaurant is closed and with no apology or directons to alternative restaurants locally. There was not even an offer to book into the other Premier inn in Epsom for breakfast...not impressed at all, so we walked into the town to find somewhere to eat. Wetherspoons, McDonald's, Subway were there as well as a quality gelato cafe. The rooms had been refreshed with modern furnishings however the towel rail in the bathroom was hanging off, curtain rails damaged and the furniture dusty. The shower was ok and beds were comfy. No air conditioning in the rooms but they did provide fans and the windows could be opened. On checkout there was no thank you or Did you enjoy your stay? I wouldn't recommend this site and won't return.

  The room ok, had to move rooms as the first room the tv wasn’t working even though the aerial was plugged in, the photos are from the second room which has a working tv, however people got put into the room we were moved out of but unsure if they’ve complained

  This is a very tired, if not worn out Premier Inn. No facility to store baggage, no lift, no hot water in the basin, no air-con, very little interaction with staff in the sticky floored breakfast area. Sorry, but I'll be going elsewhere until it's properly refurbished

  My room was a 30°c sauna and the hallways were so hot too, I had the worst night ever. I didn't report the issue due to arriving very late, I was only staying 1 night for work, I have adhd and was tired and stressed, all I needed was a bed to rest my head after a 9 hour car journey. I understand not raising the issue at the time doesn't help and I apologise for that however it shouldn't have been so hot in that hotel in the first place and definately not 30°c in the room.
