  Service in restaurant very slow (lack of staff) Whole place very run down with a bedsheet stapled (badly) over a window in the restaurant. However room was comfortable (although no walk in shower or air conditioning) and the hotel is well-placed with free parking.

  Great place to stay, food is extremely good, stayed here for work, Olivia is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, would recommend.

  I stayed at this Premier Inn from yesterday afternoon for one night. It presented as clean and the staff I met were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The gentleman at reception even offered to carry my hand luggage to my room! How kind! I had dinner in the evening at there restaurant. Again the staff I came into contact with were welcoming, accommodating and professional. The meal was delicious and well presented. I will certainly recommend this Premier Inn to family and friends and will definitely stay there again!

  Nice place, clean and easy to get to. Not much parking and quite an old building but didn't affect the stay or how friendly the staff were.

  Room lacked air con but I certainly can't really blame Premier Inn for there being a heat wave! Stayed 2 night and ate both nights at the onsite restaurant ( Highwayman) the food was amazing both times. Well presented and very tasty. A special mention to Annabelle at who was amazing. Chatty, friendly and so helpful so a massive thank you! Donna was super friendly and made sure we were looked after. A big shout to the front of house staff Arron and Tom for all their help in keeping our room cooler and sorting out some fans. Olivia who is a wealth of local information, out of her way helpful and is genuinely lovely to chat too.
