Hopeless staff, no way of contacting reception apart from in person if they are there. Room is tired, many broken fixtures or inoperable.

Comfortable bed, quiet and nice setting with Wetherspoons for breakfast next door.

Same as the Premier inns Bog standard, crap shower, poor food, but luckily this one has a Spoons next door, happy days.

Usually, I love a Premier Inn, but this one not so much. There is no lift. Which is a pain when you have a suitcase and poor mobility, although help was eventually offered. The bed was uncomfortable, not the usual Premier Inn standard. The walls are thin and I was kept awake at night and woken early in the morning by the room next door. The towels smelled bad, as if they had been left damp. There is no cooked breakfast or proper dining area. Corridor smelled of cigarette smoke. On the plus side, they do have ample parking and there is a Wetherspoons right next door which serves fantastic breakfasts in a beautiful orangery!

Very nice premier Inn, staff all lovely, friendly and helpful. Location is good and has dome lovely gardens to walk around next door, the only down fall its a very busy road and hard to get in and out.
