  Great location, loads of parking. Room was clean and spacious. There was a bulb missing in one of the bedside lamps and the hair dryer was dodgy but other than that the bed was really comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Rem at reception was polite and helpful. Nice and quiet location, definitely stay again.

  Devan, Bev, and the lady serving at the café (sorry forgot to ask her name) were all absolutely excellent. Devan kindly offered me a bakery item when I had missed breakfast, and Bev went out of her way to find me an envelope when I needed one urgently. These may seem like small gestures, but they made a real difference and showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. It is very difficult to find this level of “old school” hospitality these days, where staff genuinely take the time to notice what guests need and help without hesitation. They truly embody the culture and values of a great hotel. A huge thank you to all three of them for making our stay that much more welcoming and memorable.

  Middle of nowhere and a full choice of weatherspoons available if you are on foot. Fans spaced all along the corridors due to the heat in the hotel. Warm night with not a lot of sleep

  I had a really enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Croydon South. The hotel was very clean throughout, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed. Breakfast each morning was lovely, with a great selection of food and excellent service. A special mention has to go to Kerry, who I saw several times during my stay. She was serving breakfast in the morning and then later in the day was helping with housekeeping. Despite the heatwave, she always had a smile on her face, remained professional, and made guests feel welcome. It’s clear how hard the team works, especially in such challenging temperatures. The only suggestion I would make—and it doesn’t affect my overall positive rating—is that the hotel would really benefit from air conditioning. During the recent heatwave, it was clear that both guests and staff were feeling the effects of the high temperatures. Having air conditioning would make an already pleasant stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
