Had a decent stay, got help with a phone charger in the middle of the night when I forgot my own at home and even got lots of free boxes of sweets for the kids!

This hotel has the perfect staff. Welcoming, informative and nothing was too much trouble, from check in, to breakfast to checkout. They obviously take pride in their roles. Location is great too. I think Premier Inn should model the colleagues that work here at some of their other hotels... ask them to showcase what they do and train other colleagues across the chain of hotels because the Purley hotel team certainly are amazing. Would highly recommend.

I can't say anything negative about breakfast. Lovely service, enough options and fun interior. The service at the desk was great too. But the rooms are not that great. It's a standard Premier Inn, but the pictures show a lot of dirty corners and deteriorated furniture. Not a great room if you look a little further than only the bed and tv. Definitely needs a makeover.

The hotel was ok but that's it. Cons - After staying in many Premier Inns for work it was one of the least maintained ones. It had a general feeling of grubbyness throughout. Such as dirty carpets and and general aesthetic decline especially in bathroom areas. Upon check in there was a long wait due to internet issues but once checked in, I wasn't advised on anything regarding, parking, breakfast nor evening meal but I guess most things are self explanatory and you can always ask. Pros - The bedsheets and towels were clean and it was a comfortable night's sleep. There is ample parking but remember to enter number plate on tablet in reception. Plenty of food options around if you don't dine in. Breakfast area was well kept, clean and a decent buffet. On the whole I felt staff didn't really make an effort to communicate other than bare minimum apart from the chef at breakfast who seemed enthused and booked me in at breakfast. True rating 5/10. Slight below average for a Premier Inn.

Great service, Ram especially was very helpful, very nice gentlemen. Room could be better however it was good, further other reviews saying it was boiling, it was not, they have fans in the rooms which u can turn up to the max, windows don't open much however it's for safety. Overall very good service.
