Had a great overnight stay! Alex at reception was absolutely fabulous, so welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile. Her friendly approach really made our stay extra special. Thank you, Alex! We’ll definitely be coming back again. 😊 The room as others have mentioned could do with a deep clean especially the hallway carpets etc as they smell of smoke. Other than that was fine for a one night stay. Very quiet area away from the main road.

Perfect location, although rooms still really old and dated they are much cleaner than our visit last year so definitely improvement. Staff are as lovely as ever. They make our annual visit very welcoming and calm. Evening food and staff in pub next door are great. Morning staff at pub need retraining in basic manners, but don’t let pub issues affect your hotel stay!

Really nice stay at the Premier Inn Cobham. Check-in with Yvonne was really easy and friendly, which made a great start to the stay. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing I’d say is that the shower area is looking a little dated and could do with a refresh or refurbishment soon. Overall, a good stay and I’d happily stay here again.
