  The staff at this premier inn are hands down the best we’ve ever encountered. We stay at many premier inns and many staff members just rush you through everything. The receptionist was lovely, answered all our questions, gave us all information needed. Room was clean however dated so could do with a refresh. Location great. Dinner at the pub next door brilliant however breakfast service awful, rude member of staff and barely any food, however this is not a reflection on the premier inn as we are aware they are separate businesses. Will 100% return !

  Probably the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. It's very old and not maintained very well. If your staying up stairs and can't find the lift, you're not the first. There is no lift. Room was fitted with a small fan to keep me cool during this heatwave. Reception staff miserable. Not all of them though. They were shorted staffed so couldn't accommodate a late checkout

  Good Premier Inn, but; we travel a lot for work and when booking it’s not easy to find breakfast times at each location. I could not find breakfast times on the website so wrongly assumed 06:30, it was 07:00, too late for our work start at 07:30. Annoyingly they had a display for “Early start?” Breakfasts. 😡
