  Amazing location for chessington. Top tip for access - turn left at the main road (instead of right towards the main entrance), walk for 2 minutes until you reach the coach park/drop off area and go through the turnstiles there. The queues were much shorter (we arrived at 9.50 and were inside within 15 mins). It takes you direct to paw patrol land. The rooms themselves were fine and good standard overall but the carpets looked a bit manky and could do with replacing. The restaurant is next to the rooms (accessed by exiting the hotel) and was extremely tired and dated. The chairs were all stained, the carpet was disgusting and the table tops sticky with old dirt. The food was mediocre/ok, but the service was good and the staff very helpful.

  We just stayed for my daughters first birthday and we are so happy with our stay, the young man who worked in reception was absolutely amazing, we checked out in the morning and was at the park all day, once we were leaving we realised we had left one of her toys in the hotel room, we assumed it would be lost and new people would be in the room so we wouldn’t get it back, I went it anyway to try my luck and he managed to find it for us! Saved us from a 3 hour meltdown on the way home 🤩 breakfast was lovely, friendly staff, great location! Will definitely be back soon

  Awful, awful. Flickering lights, broken air con, no spaces at dinner to eat, sorry rooms with previous occupants items left in the room, crisps under the curtains. Nowhere to store bags except unmanned reception, unhelpful receptionist on arrival, not ideal at all really.

  This Premier Inn is ideally located to visit Chessington World of Adventures - a 5 minute walk to the gates. If you tell the staff, they will register your car to cover your visit to the park, even if it's before check-in or after check out. The room was clean and comfortable with a functioning air conditioner. The breakfast was decent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit. Chessington World of Adventures.

  We had a gorgeous meal last night at the Premier Inn restaurant. Chloe and Eddie could not of gone out of their way more to look after us. Myself and Partner and our 3 children were talking about them on our journey home. The restaurant was insanely under staffed. But it did not stop both Chloe and Eddie making it such a special evening. The food was hot, delicious and no waiting time. We are so grateful they gave us such a wonderful visit. Thank-you from all of us.
