Sue was wonderful giving us chocolate sauce for our pancakes, frying fresh eggs for us, filling water bottles with ice for our days out. Nothing was too much bother from any staff member. Sue and Precious were friendly and demonstrated initiative. Lovely view over sandhurst. Cheap parking at railway tatip

Excellent breakfast, fresh hot, catered brilliantly for gluten free.
Absolutely excellent staff in the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere of staff working hard, smiling happy, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Such a brilliant start to our day.
Bed as usual comfy, quiet great sleep.
Room clean , but a bit tired. Looks like needs a refurb.

Hotel was a mid way point for visits to legoland and Chessington. It is located right by a high street with a good variety of shops, there is a tenpin bowl and arcade near and a range of takeaways and restaurants to choose from. There is no parking here so you either have to park in The Atrium carpark or we parked at the train station as it was cheaper and only a 6min walk. It was what you expect from a premier inn - comfortable enough rooms and did what it needed to do in that regard. Majority of the staff were welcoming and friendly. What let it down was the breakfast on all three mornings, the 2nd being the worse. Bread was stale, little to no savoury items and quite slow on refilling the main breakfast items. My husband and I always request veggie/vegan sausages and bacon and had no problem with these but the rest of our party did struggle especially the kids who like to have pancakes and croissants in the morning. It's not a premier I would think to stay at again.
I've genuinely never had such a warm welcome at a Premier Inn. We were greeted by smiling faces and incredibly friendly, helpful staff, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome.
We checked in and went straight to our family room. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The beds were comfortable and, as we've come to expect from Premier Inn, we had a fantastic night's sleep. This stay was certainly no exception!
A helpful tip for future guests:

There is no car parking available at the hotel. However, we used the multi-storey car park at 'The Square Shopping Centre', which is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There is ample parking available and it cost us around £7 per night. My partner dropped my child and I off at the hotel with the luggage, while he went to park the car, so it really wasn't an inconvenience at all. It certainly wouldn't stop me from staying here again. There is also parking available at 'The Atrium', but this was considerably more expensive at £15 per night compared with 'The Square.'
We chose to stay in Camberley because we had plans to visit both Legoland Windsor and Chessington World of Adventures. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the town centre with plenty of amenities nearby. By car, Legoland Windsor is around 20 minutes away, while Chessington World of Adventures is approximately 30–45 minutes away, depending on traffic.
I have to give an extra special mention to Chris, the hotel manager, because he is exceptional. Chris is extremely passionate about his role at Premier Inn, and it really shows. He treats every customer with respect, compassion and understanding, and it's obvious that he genuinely cares about the experience people have while staying at the hotel.
I understand why Chris, along with several other members of the team, is mentioned so positively throughout the reviews. It's simply because they genuinely care. They want you to have a good stay, they want you to feel welcome, and they go that extra mile to make sure you're happy while you're there.
All in all, we had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Camberley and would absolutely stay here again. We've stayed in several premier inns up and down the country as Camberley is the best one we've ever stayed in! The friendly staff, comfortable room, cleanliness and excellent location made it a really enjoyable experience.
A huge thank you to Chris and the rest of the amazing team for making our stay such a fantastic, memorable one.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Staff Who Turn Challenges into Perfection!
We specifically booked the Premier Inn Camberley for the air conditioning, and during our stay, it was clear the hotel was having issues with the aircon in a handful of rooms. We heard a few customers complaining—and honestly, rightly so! If we had been the ones in those rooms, this would be a completely different review.
However, while the air conditioning was the original reason we booked, the staff are now the absolute reason we will return.
I have managed a number of branded and privately owned venues over the years, so I know what true excellence looks like in hospitality—and the team here is simply too good for a chain hotel. They are extraordinary.
A massive shoutout to Chris, the Manager. His ability to professionally de-escalate and handle upset customers regarding the aircon while seamlessly switching communication styles to deliver warm, exceptional service to everyone else was brilliant to watch. That takes serious skill. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently checked in on us to make sure our stay was going smoothly.
Down at breakfast, Gemma and Sue are exactly the kind of people you want to greet you first thing in the morning—bubbly, sharp, and totally on the ball. Even though Sue works back-of-house, her front-of-house customer skills are outstanding. My two boys loved her so much they’re already asking when we can go back to see her!
One quick fix for management: Please replace the breakfast toaster! It takes an absolute age to do anything and is definitely not fit for purpose.
Beyond the toaster and the handful of rooms with aircon glitches, this hotel’s true asset is its people. Equipment can be fixed, but world-class customer service like this is rare. Well done to Chris and the entire team—we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back soon!
